稲村ヶ崎のロンディーノ

稲村ガ崎のロンディーノというレストランに、もう２０年行っている。

パスタと前菜を食べるためだけに稲村ガ崎に行くこともあるくらい好きだ。最初に行ったのは世界一周前だった。仕事の取材で行った。

世界一周でイタリアのあちこちを巡って、おいしいものをたくさん食べた。

帰国後、いろんなイタリアンに行ったが、ロンディーノが一番イタリアらしいレストランだとぼくは思う。

味が、本場と同じ感じなのも理由なんだけど、雰囲気やお店のふるまいというか、時間の過ぎ方というか、なんともいえないイタリアの田舎にあるタベルナっぽいのだ。食堂っぽいレストラン。

超高級というわけでもなく ミシュランの店とかでもないロンディーノは、イタリア旅行みたいな気分にしてくれる すばらしくイタリアンなお店だ。

I have been to a restaurant called RONDINO in Inamura-ga-saki for over 20 years.

I like this restaurant so much that I sometimes go to Inamura-ga-saki just to eat pasta and appetizers with wine.

The first time I went was for coverage.

I went around the world, went around Italy and ate a lot of delicious dishes.

After returning to Japan, I went to various Italian restaurants, but I think RONDINO is the most Italian restaurant.

The reason is that the taste is very same as the dish at Italia, but the atmosphere, the behavior of the restaurant, and the passage of time....

It's like a TAVERNA in the Italian countryside. A restaurant like a dining room.

Neither a super-luxury restaurant nor a Michelin-chosen restaurant, RONDINO makes you feel like a trip to Italia. Funtastic Italian restaurant.
